Do bikes arrive fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide in the box.

What is your return policy for bicycles?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of wear.

How do I determine the right frame size for me?

Each product page features a detailed sizing chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Lenny's Bike Shop ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All our new bikes come with a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the frame and a one-year warranty on components against manufacturing defects.

Can I finance my purchase?
