At Lennys Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are fully geared up for your next ride; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned gear must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
